NGO contract signing

This day we will remember as a special day for the NGO Weebale Foundation.
After such a long time in preparations of design, agreement, involvement of community, raising the funds, the members of the NGO could sign the contract.
In Kampala all participants, Paul, Ezra, Norah, Krista and Robert, were present and after going over the details they signed.

The Kateete Gravity Water project will start with a ground-breaking event Tuesday 17th of May 2016.
